Retail Shelving Install

Goals:

Coordinate short notice installation of shelving in an active retail store. Layout storage units to meet changing requirements by store management and provide a clean and polished finish to the shelving

Solution:

King coordinated installation through longtime partners. Worked hand in hand on project management to make sure the job was done on time and to store requirements. A 3 man team worked 2 days to put up over 100 bays of bolt together shelving and had to work in an active retail store on extremely short notice

Result: 

The end result was exactly what the customer was after, a well-spaced shelving layout to provide storage for the new shoe department. Shelving units were cleaned by hand to ensure a good finish and job was done earlier than expected.
